2. Website and hosting

Visits involve processing your IP address, access time, requested address and browser information to deliver the website and detect errors or attacks. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in secure, reliable operation.

Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA); domain, redirects and email by helloly GmbH (Austria). Providers receive the data needed for their services. Technical logs must be limited to the period needed for operation, troubleshooting and security incidents.

Vercel may process data outside the EEA, particularly in the USA. Contact us for information about the specific processing and applicable transfer safeguards.

3. Contact and trial training

For every enquiry, we need your name, email address and phone number. General enquiries also require a message. For trial training, we ask for the age group and, for minors, the guardian’s name. A preferred date and additional message for trial training are optional. Please do not send health data.

Details are forwarded through our server by email to info@kyohun.at, without a separate form database. Responsible club staff and hosting and email providers have access. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for arranging trial training; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for answering enquiries and organising sessions.

Providing data is not a statutory requirement; without the required details we cannot process the enquiry. Enquiries are deleted once processing and follow-up are complete, unless specific legal retention duties or necessary retention for legal claims apply. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and external links

The website itself sets no cookies and uses no tracking, Local Storage or Session Storage. The URL determines the language. Fonts, images and logos are served through our website; the Google rating is static.

External links connect to the provider only when opened. Google Maps may use its own cookies or similar technologies after your consent.

5. Google Maps

The map stays disabled until you select “Consent and load map”. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google receives IP address, browser, device and usage data, may set cookies and associate data with a signed-in Google account, including to improve and personalise its services.

The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) of Austria’s TKG 2021. “Disable map” ends the embedding; reloading resets permission. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not delete data or cookies already stored by Google.

Processing in the USA is possible. Google identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, standard contractual clauses as transfer mechanisms. Retention depends on the type of data, service and your Google settings; we do not control it.

6. Photos and club profiles

Photos, names, roles and qualifications introduce the club and are publicly accessible. Publication is based on consent given when joining the club or in a separate declaration (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by contacting info@kyohun.at. We remove the affected content from our website. We cannot fully delete copies made by third parties.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. For processing based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact info@kyohun.at.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including Austria’s Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.

This notice covers the public website and enquiries. Membership administration and the internal editorial area /admin require separate consideration. That area loads Decap CMS from unpkg.com, involving connection data. This service is not loaded on public pages.
